Guest Reviews & Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised with an amazing room upgrade in this first-class vintage Hollywood hotel with the finest amenities. The location is amazing, though some noise and clunky objects impacted the stay. The service was top-notch, with the most attentive and pleasant staff assisting me throughout my stay. The dining experience was delightful, while some facilities could be improved.
Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms were like apartments, very quiet despite being located on the strip, but they could definitely use a facelift to match the Hollywood vibe. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being very professional and attentive, while others made us feel unwelcome. The location was convenient, close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood, but a bit too busy with cars and celeb spotters. The dining options were varied, from enjoying meals in the courtyard garden to grabbing a drink at the lobby bar. Overall, a mixed bag of positives and negatives for this hotel.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although basic, were spacious, but some areas needed attention. The service was professional but had moments of pretentiousness. The location was lovely but had noisy disturbances. The dining was good but not exceptional.
Wow, this hotel is a mix of good and bad! It's so loud being right off the lobby, which is terrible for light sleepers. The rooms are not that big but do have a tiny glass wall shelf. On the bright side, the service is helpful, and they even promised to follow up for a refund. However, some noise insulation in the doors and windows would be a game-changer. The location is convenient with easy access to restaurants but can get noisy at night. The dining experience was okay, not excellent, with a courtyard garden setting. Overall, there are pros and cons to consider during the stay.
Although the rooms were not that big and had basic amenities with chipped paint, the hotel has a classic 1950s charm with interesting stories. The service was attentive but seemed busy at times. The location, while having historical significance, also had noise issues and limited nearby attractions. The dining was good, although not exceptional, and the facilities were well-maintained.
Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. While I really enjoyed the Junior Suite I stayed in, there were some aspects of the hotel that seemed outdated and could use some attention. The service, despite staff keeping meticulous notes, felt a bit over the top and unnecessary at times. The location was lovely and warm, with nice ambience and live piano but could be noisy at times. The dining experience was satisfactory, but not outstanding, and the facilities were decent overall.
